6. Product Returns and Refunds

6.1 Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 7 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange, subject to the following conditions:

• The product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
• The product must be in the original packaging.
• A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
• Customized or made-to-order items, as well as items in special categories, are not eligible for refund.
• Customers must inform us via email at sales@ganapulegroup.com before sending the item back to our warehouse.

6.2 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days. The refund amount may be full or partial, depending on the condition of the material received.

6.3 Partial Refund Conditions

A partial refund may be issued under the following conditions:

• The product shows signs of use or wear.
• The product is not returned in its original packaging.
• The product is missing parts or accessories that were included in the original shipment.
• The product is damaged during return shipping.

6.4 Late or Missing Refunds

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. 6.5 Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

6.6 Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@ganapulegroup.com and send your item to: 4/2B, Pune Bangalore Road, Ujalaiwadi, Kolhapur - 416004. Customers are responsible for sending the material back to our warehouse via any convenient transport or courier on a freight paid door delivery basis. We cannot accept items that are damaged during return shipping.

7. Limitation of Liability

Bombay Enterprises will not be liable for any damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Site or any content, services, or products provided through the Site. This includes, but is not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.
